About the Role
We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our Private Security Guard Services. Your job is to connect with potential clients, maintain relationships with existing ones, and close high-value contracts. If you have strong people skills and a passion for sales, this opportunity is for you!
💰 Commission-Based Pay – Earn 5% of the Gross Profit from each contract!
What You’ll Do
🔹 Engage with potential clients and build strong relationships
🔹 Educate customers on our security guard services & coverage areas
🔹 Maintain a CRM database to track leads and opportunities
🔹 Schedule and attend meetings with potential customers
🔹 Call, email, and follow up with clients to finalize sales
🔹 Use persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals
