What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Point of Sale Processes position at Red Bull North America?

- Proven experience leading POS process design initiatives with beverage companies
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Direct experience working on supply chain reengineering initiatives
- Advanced degree required; MBA strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process improvements at both national and global levels
- Exceptional communication skills, including strong presentation and facilitation abilities
- Strong knowledge of insights, marketing, sales, and distribution principles
- Travel 10-20%
