We travel our 200 staff around the country cooking backstage for artists, athletes and crew. We are looking for a 2nd travel manager to join our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Manager at Black Caviar Catering, located in Austin, TX, with some work from home acceptable. The Travel Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel plans for staff. Day-to-day tasks include booking flights, hotels, and transportation, handling last-minute changes or cancellations, and providing exceptional customer service. The Travel Manager will also liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with travel policies and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales related to travel services
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle last-minute changes
- Experience in the catering or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
