We need a Chief of Staff who can help our SVP, Power BU translate big strategy into disciplined execution.
🔥 What You'll Own
- Drive the Power BU operating cadence — planning cycles, leadership meetings, quarterly reviews, and strategic offsites
- Own the integrated initiative tracker across Development, Execution, Engineering, Operations (JV), and Commercial
- Build executive-ready materials: Board packages, KPI dashboards, SVP talking points, and leadership communications
- Serve as the connective tissue between the Power BU and Finance, Legal, Procurement, Corporate Development, and HR
- Support stage-gate governance, capital prioritization, and investment decisions with crisp, decision-ready analysis
- Represent the SVP in internal meetings and ensure every action item has a clear owner and deadline
🎯 What You'll Bring
- 8 years of experience in energy / power / infrastructure — you understand how this industry works
- A track record of driving cross-functional execution and holding teams accountable without owning their budgets
- The ability to write a clear executive memo, run a leadership meeting, and synthesize a complex financial tradeoff — all in the same day
- High EQ and political savvy: you know when to push, when to listen, and when to protect
- A builder's mindset — you don't inherit perfect systems; you design better ones

Fort Worth, TX or Houston, TX — Hybrid flexibility available. Up to 25% travel for strategic planning, site visits, and leadership meetings.
