We are committed to a holistic approach towards benefits plans and programs that support the mental, physical and financial well-being of our team members.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule subcontractors and service technicians at customer sitesInput technician time daily into the system for accurate labor trackingProvide technicians with job schedules and scopes of work in a timely mannerCreate and manage jobs within the company’s construction management softwareGenerate and track purchase orders for field service techniciansSupport technicians in ordering appropriate materials for job completionSchedule service work to maximize labor efficiency and minimize downtimeAdjust and reroute technician schedules as needed to accommodate changes or emergenciesRespond to customer inquiries and provide requested service reports and documentationHandle incoming service calls and coordinate job scheduling with customersManage and maintain the electronic job scheduling systemAssist technicians in procuring tools and materials as necessaryProcess and submit service work order invoices promptlyRequired SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferredMinimum 1 year of experience in related field or industryAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Solid written and oral communication skills.Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.High level of accuracy in all tasks and recordkeeping.
