Qualifications
- Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or
related discipline or 8 or more years in Transition Management
- Experience, understanding of technology security at a high level including terminology and global trendsStakeholder analysis and management of complex initiative with many upstream and downstream impacts
- Management
of complex communication plans and see through comm plan from design to
implementation
- Business
readiness of different departments and teams to make changes in how they work
that will impact all employees globally
- PROSCI
certification is a plus but not required
