Job Description
The
time and labor intake analyst is responsible taking incoming employee calls for
the Oracle time and labor / Payroll modules.
They
will answer general baseline questions regarding timekeeping and the new Oracle
Human Capital Management System or will be escalating to subject matter experts
as needed.
Primary Job Duties and
Responsibilities
- Triage time management system
activities: time entry, holiday schedules, absences, errors and coordinate
resolution.
- Performs responsibilities as
directed within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrates excellent
customer services skills within the department and the company.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
business/accounting or related field or equivalent related work
experience.
- Five years of related
experience in time entry system administration or payroll processing.
- Effective analytical,
problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to identify key causes
and workable solutions.
- Proficiency in software
skills to create spreadsheets and databases and to extract information
from the human resources/payroll and time entry systems.
- Effective verbal and written
communication skills.
