We are seeking a responsible and student-focused Full-Time Boarding Assistant to support daily life in a girls’ residence hall at an international boarding school. This live-in role is responsible for supervising high school students (grades 9–12) and maintaining a safe, supportive dormitory environment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise students during evenings, mornings, weekends, and on-call hoursEnforce residence policies and ensure student safetyProvide guidance and support to studentsAssist during exam periods and selected school holidaysSchedule4–6 days per week while school is in session, including rotating weekends and on-call overnight duty.
