Responsibilities
- Focused
on bringing in sustainable data & reporting, focusing on manufacturing
location sites.
- Help
with identifying how we can transition some of the manual efforts into a
systemic report.
- This
is not a programming role.
- Familiarity
with navigating through user interfaces and functionality.
- This
person will need to translate the data requirements correctly.
- Identify
how to take existing data and assess if the platform can be configured to
produce a similar set of data.
- Building
out this new system for the team to use in the future. It is a 3rd party system
that is industry-specific, which has not been disclosed. It is similar to a
CRM-type application.
- Will
be working with multiple groups, such as:
- Sustainability
Manufacturing
- Legal
Compliance
- Environmental
Compliance
- Work
Location: Remote for contract duration is okay. Local candidates preferred.
- Work
Schedule: Flexibility for evening meetings to accommodate Singapore time zones.
Skills/Qualifications
· 5
years of experience. This is not an entry level position.
· Has
solid business analysis skills.
· Ability
to learn a new platform & familiarize themselves with it.
· Has
experience using a platform for compliance tracking.
· A
candidate with the following in their background:
o Comfortable with system
configurations
o Independently investigate
& learn system criteria
o Compare & possibly build
test cases
· Top
