A private, co-educational international high school in New York is seeking a full-time Development (Fundraising) & Head of School Office Manager. Set on a beautiful, green campus, this role offers the opportunity to play a central part in school operations and leadership support.
Start Date: August 1, 2026
Location: On-campus (New York)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute fundraising strategies
- Organize and manage fundraising events
- Oversee donation management and donor relations
- Maintain donor database
- Plan and host donor receptions
- Provide executive support to the Head of School (calendar and administrative support)
- Prepare Board of Directors meetings (agenda, minutes, attendance tracking)
- Serve as corporate secretary
- Oversee administrative office operations
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience, including management experience
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and English (Japanese preferred)
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel) and database management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Ability to travel internationally
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, external relations, or sales is a plus
