What You’ll Do
- Design and develop electrical control systems and circuitry for advanced CNC machinery and automated equipment
- Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using CAD tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical engineering, production, and controls teams to bring designs from concept through build and commissioning
- Support machine builds, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring systems meet performance and safety standards
- Assist in the integration and optimization of PLC-based control systems and CNC interfaces
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance machine reliability, efficiency, and functionality
What You Bring
- Strong understanding of electrical design principles, including AC/DC circuits and low/high voltage systems
- Ability to read, interpret, and generate detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience with AutoCAD (or similar CAD platforms) for electrical design documentation
- Exposure to or working knowledge of PLC systems and CNC machine controls (programming a plus)
- Familiarity with industrial equipment, automation, or machine tool environments is highly desirable
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
