What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electro-Mechanical Assembler position at Biztech Inc?
What You’ll Do
- Assemble and wire equipment using blueprints and work instructions.
- Fit and align parts to meet close tolerances.
- Operate basic production equipment (presses, crimpers, riveting machines, etc.).
- Build wire harnesses and assist with PCB assembly when needed.
- Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
- Update job status in SAP or similar systems.
- Follow quality standards and safety procedures.
- Support other departments as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Basic computer skills (ERP experience a plus).
- Good communication skills and team mindset.
Salary : $18 - $23
