What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at BizLink Group?
This individual will interface with Cable Connection (a BizLink Technology, Inc. company) customers and potential customers, providing order status, return authorizations, and general customer support
Duties:
- Provide customers with accurate and timely quotations
- Generate detailed work orders
- Assist Outside Sales Reps with quotes, follow-up and general customer service
- Follow through with commitments to customers
- Generate RMAs as required
- Assist customers with technical support
- Generate new accounts through telemarketing and lead follow up
- Participate in Company tradeshows.
- Program management.
- Other Sales related responsibilities as assigned
Assessment:
The individual’s assessment will be based on the quality of service provided to BizLink / Cable Connection customers, their support of the Outside Sales Representatives / Sales Manager and their ability to accurately process sales/work orders.
Qualifications:
- AS or Equivalent Experience of 3-5 yrs in sales support.
- One to three years’ experience as a Technical Support, Sales Support or Customer Service Representative in a cable / cable harness environment.
- Must be able to read cable drawings and specifications. Must have exceptional phone skills and be computer literate. Must be a team player that is committed to excellence and to servicing customers’ needs.
