- Analyze and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 user issues related to SAP Ariba modules
- Work closely with business and technical teams to troubleshoot, document, and resolve system incidents
- Monitor ticketing queues, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
- Provide input on process improvements based on recurring incidents or user feedback
