### Key Skills:
- SAP Transportation Management (TM) (6-9 years relevant hands-on experience)
- Expertise in SAP solution design, configuration, and implementation for TM modules
- Strong ability to write and review functional specifications
- Experience conducting and overseeing system testing
- Core experience in process mapping, solution architecture, and end-user support
### Preferred Industry Background:
- Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) sector highly desirable
- Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain sectors is a plus
### Responsibilities:
- Act as subject matter expert for SAP TM, advising both technical and business stakeholders
- Lead requirements gathering, blueprinting, and technical design for transportation solutions
- Oversee system configuration and integration with related SAP modules (e.g., EWM, MM, SD)
- Produce high-quality documentation, such as functional specs, process flows, and test scripts
- Lead or participate in major project phases—realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Coordinate with global and cross-functional project teams
### Additional Advantages:
- SAP TM or related SAP certifications
- Experience with S/4HANA
- Track record of consulting/implementation at major SAP clients or leading consultancies
