Responsibilities
- Account Management responsibility for assigned customers. The customer breakdown includes Janitorial, Hospitality, MRO and Health Care Distributors of commercial floor care products.
- Develops programs and cultivate strong working relationships with Commercial distributors. This includes but is not limited to interacting with customer product management and sales teams with product quotes, lead management collaboration, training, customer visits, demonstrations and new program installations.
- Works directly with the sales and marketing team to develop and grow the direct to end user business with target verticals. Management of the business development pipeline with potential end user customers which includes lead management, discovery, negotiation, program implementation and management.
- Supports the sales team with the management of the manufacturer’s representative network. Responsibilities include reporting, creation of measurable goals, sales & marketing support, processing commissions and measuring the effectiveness of the spend. Communication of expectations and deliverables ensuring alignment with Sanitaire strategy and objectives.
- Develops and maintains marketing relationships with customers and large-scale end users. This person will develop marketing programs and promotions to drive Sanitaire sales and profit goals of said account(s). This person will have responsibility for creating promotions while maintaining marketing fund budget objectives.
- Supports effective communication of all customer information throughout the organization including Marketing, Customer Service, Retail Account Coordinators and A/R Coordinators.
- Responsible for forecasting assigned accounts and delivering on forecast accuracy goals.
- Communicates cost and retail changes in the marketplace. In addition, will manage all aspects of the cost and retail changes through the order process, as well as the A/R system.
- Processes and tracks advertising claims through internal BISSELL system. Fills out Marketing Funds Commitment Forms and maintains records of corresponding credit memos. Clears outstanding claims in an efficient and appropriate manner. Develops ecommerce programs as required.
- There will be the need from time to time to lift product packages.
- Performs other duties as assigned
