Service Admin

As the Service Admin, you will be responsible for customer follow-up, data entry, and basic administrative duties. The ideal candidate has good time management skills, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills. Pay: $20 per hourWhat you'll do:Customer service updatesData entry - translating technician notes for entry into our Service databaseFile and photo organization - filing paper copies of forms as well as uploading photos and documents into our Service systemAssisting with calculations of technician work timeWorking effectively as a team with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadershipWhat we're looking for:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsConfidence in phone communication and multi-line phone useThe ability to work independently as well as in a team settingExperience in event coordinationStrong computer and data entry skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environmentAn awesome attitude!Neat, clean and professional appearanceHigh School Diploma or GEDValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug testDemonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workersWho we are:Bish’s RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country.
