Bishop Gadsden at Home is seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused Scheduler to coordinate daily schedules for our Companions and CNAs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and excels at communication, organization, and problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain daily caregiver schedules
- Fill call-outs quickly and efficiently
- Communicate schedule changes with caregivers, clients, and leadership
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and care
- Track PTO, call-outs, and tardiness
- Ensure all schedule updates are accurately entered in Soneto
- Support onboarding and orientation for new caregivers
- Collaborate with leadership and care teams to support client needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to work on site 5 days per week
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- At least 2 years experience in home care or healthcare scheduling
