Administrative Assistant #2224Bishop & Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support for the System Operations division of an established utility company. Candidates will ensure accurate, timely, and efficient operations while handling confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support, including filing, scheduling meetings, preparing materials, taking minutes, and coordinating travel and reimbursements Create and maintain reports, correspondence, and presentations Research, compile, and organize data to support decision-making Coordinate office operations, IT requests, phone coverage, and office supply inventory Support special projects, provide backup coverage, and perform other duties as assigned Participate in company emergency response activities as required Qualifications 3–5 years of general administrative or office experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of legislative, operational, financial, and regulatory processes. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally Additional Job Details Pay: $21-$23/hr dependent on experience Temporary for a minimum time period of 2 months, with the possibility of one year extension.
