🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Amusement Operations Manager to lead our arcade game technician team and oversee all aspects of arcade maintenance, repair, and operations. This role blends technical expertise, leadership, and operations management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You’ll report directly to the General Manager and play a critical role in ensuring our hundreds of arcade and pinball machines are operating at peak performance—delivering an industry-leading guest experience.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, and schedule a team of Arcade Game Technicians
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the General Manager
• Oversee preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of:
• Arcade machines & cabinets
• Pinball machines
• Amusement equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and PCB components
• Perform CRT monitor repair, board-level diagnostics, and soldering work
• Manage inventory, parts sourcing, and repair workflows
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop aligned with OSHA standards
• Ensure uptime and reliability across a high-volume entertainment venue
• Support continuous improvement of guest experience and operational efficiency

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of management or team leadership experience
• 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics repair / electro-mechanical systems
• Strong expertise in:
• Arcade game repair & pinball maintenance (preferred)
• PCB troubleshooting, power systems, and controls
• CRT repair (preferred)
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and lead under pressure
• Comfortable lifting/moving equipment up to 250 lbs and working on ladders
• Knowledge of workplace safety, PPE, and OSHA compliance
• Strong communication skills across teams, leadership, and guests

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
