I am Dr. Alex Casey. I’ve successfully built my practice in 9 years and have a large, well-established practice in Birmingham, AL. We are looking for a long-term Associate who wants to simply show up and treat patients without the hassles of running a practice. This is NOT your typical associateship where you are taken advantage of and resentment replaces enthusiasm. I GUARANTEE this is different. I only do win/wins in life. Whether it’s accepting a patient, making a friend, investing or hiring a team member.

Who is this position for/Who should apply?

• If you want to simply show up 4.5 days week and treat patients without the hassles on the business side (staffing, billing, strategizing successful marketing, hiring/firing, etc).
• You are looking for a long-term CAREER (not a 1 to 3 year associate role)
• You love the clinical side of practice (treat patients, do exams, take x-rays)/we do full spine adjusting btw…
• If you want to make 80-90k base Bonuses based on clinic and your individual goals met.
• PTO 2 weeks/yr.
• ½ days on Fridays (9-1)
• MUST BE Coachable on Technique, Treatment, Protocols (if you KNOW everything, please don’t apply)
• 1-2x/yr. Team Travel Opportunities. We have an AMAZING TEAM that supports one another.
• Want to be Blessed beyond just monetarily, well-respected, taken care of, grow, have autonomy in practice.
