Role Description
This is a contract and hybrid Estate Planning Attorney role based in Castle Rock, CO, with some flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include advising clients on estate planning, managing probate matters, administering estates, and drafting related legal documents. The role also involves offering guidance on succession planning and collaborating with clients to align their wishes with legal requirements to create sustainable plans.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Estate Planning and Estate Law
- Experience handling Probate and Estate Administration
- Knowledge of Succession Planning strategies and best practices
- Exceptional legal drafting, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Colorado
- Prior experience in estate law or trust and estate litigation is preferred
