Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for an estate planning legal assistant, located in Denver Tech Center-Denver, CO. The legal assistant serves as a primary client-facing point of contact, supports paralegals and attorneys with administrative tasks, manages case files, schedules meetings, prepares client documents for signing, and assembles estate planning binders. This role involves ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy in legal documentation, and contributing to an organized and efficient workflow within the firm.
Qualifications
- An associate’s degree or two years experience in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and correspondence
- Excellent grammatical and spelling skills
- Proficient in Windows 365, and experience with Clio software preferred
- Minimum keystroke 60 wpm
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions; must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check
