Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
Provide instruction in various subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve instructional materials
Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment
Provide guidance and support to students, acting as a mentor and role model
Collaborate with parents/guardians to address student needs and concerns

Qualifications:
NJ Teacher of the Visually Impaired Certified
Experience working with students in an educational setting

Experience working with students who have special needs (e.g., visually impaired education, speech therapy)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
