- Competitive pay starting at $55.00 per hour
- Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
- Provide direct and consultative services to students with visual impairments
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) Endorsement
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Develop and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs)
- Provide specialized instruction to students with visual impairments
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress
- Adapt instructional materials to meet student needs
- Support student access to the curriculum and promote independence
- Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure student success
