Birch Agency is currently seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive, student-centered school team in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area. This in-person opportunity allows clinicians to work with students from Early Intervention through 12th grade, supporting the development of essential communication skills that promote academic achievement and social success.

Key Responsibilities
- Screen students for speech and language disorders
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine communication needs
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students with a wide range of disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized, student-centered treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
- Communicate regularly with families and develop home programs as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and school requirements
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Maintain professional knowledge and skills through ongoing development
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (preferred)
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
