Position Details
- Full-time, in-person position
- Split between two elementary school buildings
- Grade Levels: Kindergarten-5th Grade
- Caseload of approximately 20-30 students
- Caseload includes a combination of Child Find/Initial Evaluations and Re-Evaluations
- Strong administrative and multidisciplinary team support
- Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations.
- Support Child Find activities and eligibility determination processes.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement.
- Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Travel between assigned school buildings as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
- Valid Michigan Educator's License - School Psychology.
- Strong assessment, report writing, and consultation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of special education laws and procedures.
