Birch Agency is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse to join our team.
The Ambulatory Registered Nurse delivers care to patients in outpatient or clinic settings in Berwyn, PA. Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ health status, vital signs, and chief complaints in an outpatient setting.
- Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
- Assist physicians and providers during clinic visits and procedures.
- Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and IV therapies as ordered.
- Perform telephone triage and respond to patient messages and refill requests.
- Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up appointments.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Support care management, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
