I'm partnering with a well-established biologics manufacturing organization in Tustin, CA that is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Manufacturing to lead evening manufacturing operations at a commercial GMP facility.
This is not a desk management role.
You'll be the senior manufacturing leader on site during the shift, responsible for leading Upstream, Downstream, and Formulation operations while making critical real-time GMP decisions that directly impact production, compliance, and patient supply.

âś… 10 years of biologics or pharmaceutical GMP manufacturMedical Equipment Manufacturing
ing experience
âś… 5 years leading managers and/or supervisors
âś… Strong expertise across Upstream, Downstream, and Formulation manufacturing
âś… Experience leading deviation investigations, GMP decision-making, batch review, and cross-functional manufacturing operations
âś… Proven ability to lead high-performing manufacturing teams in a fast-paced GMP environment
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
