The Role
We’re looking for Software Engineering Recruiters to join our growing Boston team. This is a full-cycle role where you’ll have the chance to:
- Build and own a niche market within the most exciting sector in life sciences.
- Partner with founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders at scaling start-ups and established players.
- Place world-class software engineers across front end, back end, cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, product, and data.
- Leverage BioTalent’s global platform, live mandates, and strong reputation in the TechBio community.
This is not a cold-start role – you’ll step into warm relationships, active demand, and a team that’s scaling rapidly.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced 180 or 360 recruiter with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Someone commercially savvy who thrives on building relationships in high-growth environments.
- A background in software engineering, product, DevOps, data, or infrastructure recruitment is highly valuable.
