Help Advance the Future of Biologics
We're seeking an experienced Scientist, Analytical Development to join an innovative biopharmaceutical team focused on developing analytical methods that support life-changing biologic therapies.
This role offers the opportunity to lead analytical method development, support product characterization, collaborate across multiple scientific disciplines, and drive projects from early development through QC method transfer in a GMP environment.
🔬 What You'll Do
✔ Develop and optimize analytical methods for biologic products
✔ Perform and troubleshoot:
- HPLC
- ELISA
- Cell-Based Assays
- Capillary Electrophoresis (CE)
- SDS-PAGE
- Maurice
✔ Support protein characterization and assay validation
✔ Lead validation and stability studies
✔ Write SOPs, test methods, reports, and technical documentation
✔ Partner with Process Development, Manufacturing, QC, Project Management, and external clients
✔ Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting Quality Control
✔ Mentor junior scientists and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
✅ What We're Looking For
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
🧪 8 years of biotech or biopharmaceutical laboratory experience
Hands-on expertise with:

✔ ELISA
✔ Cell-Based Assays
✔ Capillary Electrophoresis (CE)
✔ Protein Characterization
✔ Assay Validation
✔ GMP Documentation
