Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Associate to support the CEO and Head of Operations in driving day-to-day execution across the company. The Business Operations Associate will play a critical role in keeping leadership aligned, ensuring priorities move forward, and supporting key business functions including scheduling, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
Salary
$70,000
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars across timezones and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials for meetings, investors, and partners
- Help track action items, ensuring follow-ups and deadlines are met
- Support operational workflows, including logistics and shipping/receiving
- Assist with internal communication and coordination across teams
- Help maintain organizational systems, documentation, and processes
- Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement better processes
Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, problem solving mindset
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Comfort asking questions to leaders in order to ensure parties are aligned
- Ability to assess a situation, determine what needs to be done, and work with leadership to create action items

Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1–4 years of experience in operations, consulting, administrative support, or a related role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
- Prior experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Exposure to biotech, healthcare, or life sciences industries
- Experience with Monday.com
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
