About The Role
We're looking for a talented Lead Python Software Developer to join the development of the core API that powers our AI agents. You'll be at the center of our innovation, working directly with Large Language Models (LLMs) and integrating our platform with a wide range of external services.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain complex workflows and agents.
- Integrate our systems with LLM providers, custom LLM endpoints and various third-party APIs.
- Design and manage database schemas using PostgreSQL and other Document DB.
- Be part of the entire development lifecycle, from concept and architecture to development and deployment.
- Proven experience as a Python Developer, with strong expertise in building scalable RESTful APIs (FastAPI or Flask).
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, integrating with major LLM APIs and multi-agent setups
- Experience with Langraph, Langchain. A2A Architecture, Multi-Agent Architecture
- A solid understanding of software architecture, data structures, and best practices.
- Good understanding of event driven architectures.
- Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, NATS)
- Experience with Observability such as metrics, logs, and distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, Jaeger) for instrumentation, alerting, and root-cause analysis.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
- Bonus points for experience with vector databases (Pinecone) or CI/CD pipelines!
