Job Description

Bionic is seeking a motivated, energetic, and mechanically inclined individual looking to launch a rewarding career in healthcare to join our team as a full-time Clinical Assistant, helping deliver life-changing orthotic solutions. This entry-level role involves assisting our Clinician with patient assessments and documentation, with travel required between our Michigan City, Mishawaka, and Elkhart clinics.

Job Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the practitioner to support daily operations by prioritizing and completing tasks effectively.
• Assist in progressing and maintaining client files in an organized and timely manner, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation and record keeping.
• Manage and input codes for documentation or ordering purposes.
• Order and track parts, supplies, or materials necessary for client cases.
• Build referral relationships and overall community awareness by networking with medical professionals.
• See patients in multiple settings.
• Obtain required medical documentation from referral sources for insurance compliance.
• Perform additional administrative tasks to support the practitioner as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree preferred.
• One year of clinical exposure in an allied health professional's field is preferred.
• Willingness and desire to learn new skills. Bionic will provide training for the ideal candidate.
• PTA, Athletic Trainer or Cast Technician is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
