Role Overview
We are seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic commercial team. This role blends inbound and outbound inside sales with customer success and account support. You’ll work closely with our field sales representatives and leadership team to identify, establish, close, and onboard new healthcare provider accounts while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and pull-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales team to qualify, nurture, and close healthcare provider accounts (gastroenterology, internal medicine, telemedicine, integrative/functional medicine, wellness, concierge, and value-based care).
- Drive account pull-through by supporting providers with onboarding, workflow optimization, and patient engagement strategies.
- Manage inbound inquiries and outbound outreach to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective accounts.
- Deliver high-quality customer support and service, resolving issues and ensuring successful product utilization.
- Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback to internal teams on customer needs and market insights.
- Contribute to team growth initiatives and help establish best practices for a rapidly evolving business unit.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or account management; healthcare or diagnostics preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare providers and staff.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage product environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, virtual communication platforms, and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
