Job Description
- Effectively answer and direct phone calls to the correct unit
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Greet all office guests and contact appropriate staff members of their arrival
- Provide clerical support to staff members as necessary.
- Receive deliveries
- Stock copiers each morning with paper.
- Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- One (1) year of experience in a business, organization or government agency providing administrative support services and/or performing customer serv.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- 8:30 am 4:30 pm
- Lunch period: 30 minutes (unpaid)
- Dress Code: Business Casual
