- LONG TERM CARE LPN
- 1 years experience required.
- Must be NY licensed
- BLS
- Common patient diagnosis: Dementia
- Day shift
- 6:00 AM-6:00 PM or 10:00 AM-10:00 PM
- Including every other weekend
- 36 hours a week
- MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT - NO EXCEPTIONS
- 8 weeks
- Type: Both Local & Travel
- On Call: No
- Shift Type: Day
- Weeks: 8 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
- OT Multiplier: 1.50
