Crop Production Mechanic/Operator

Bio Town Ag is a diversified, innovative, and growth oriented agricultural business with operations involving crop production, livestock production, organic waste recycling and renewable energy. We are seeking an experienced individual to add to our crop production team. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with ag or heavy equipment maintenance and have a versatile skill set. Problem solving and troubleshooting skills are necessary for this role and viable candidates need to be able to work and manage their time independently.

Requirements

Primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Repairing and maintaining a full line of row crop equipment and trucks
• Ordering parts and make timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Organizing and monitoring parts inventory
• Seasonal field operations
  
  

Individual will have a positive attitude, good work ethic, and can work well in a team setting or autonomously. Candidate must be self-motivated, and performance driven.
