A Day in the Life:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate machinery used in the production process
- Examine products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Observe equipment operations and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Make adjustments to operating equipment
- Clean and lubricate equipment
- Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances
- Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items manually or using forklifts
- Know and understand all facets of Bunge’s safety programs and culture, have a strong working knowledge of safety procedures and environmental regulations, demonstrate safe working practices and have the ability to notify operations of safety alarms
- Recording all applicable documentation
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a safety conscious environment
- Ability to work in a highly quality controlled environment
- Skilled equipment operations, safety programs and grain operations
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to work with computerized control systems
- Ability to maintain a good working relationship with other facility personnel
- Ability to tolerate exposure to hot and cold conditions, according to the season
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of experience
- Background in agriculture
- Strong mechanical skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills
