Bingaman & Son Lumber – Clarendon Division (22 Brown Ave, Clarendon, PA 16313) is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and facility systems.
Responsibilities:
-Perform industrial electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
-Assist with PLC diagnostics and basic I/O checks.
-Complete preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery
-Service forklifts and perform routine mechanical repairs.
-Maintain and repair boiler systems.
-Perform welding and light fabrication as needed.
-Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.
-Document maintenance work and equipment issues.
Qualifications:
-Industrial electrical experience.
-Basic PLC troubleshooting skills.
-Mechanical repair and preventive maintenance experience.
-Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
-Welding experience.
-Familiarity with boiler and forklift maintenance.
-Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Tools Required:
-Standard hand tools and impact driver/drill.
-Multimeter and electrical testing tools.
-Allen/hex keys and torque wrench.
-Basic welding tools.
-Flashlight and inspection tools.
