This role supports the Fixture Development team by managing complex projects across the full fixture lifecycle—from purchase orders and vendor coordination to prototype development and installation support.
Responsibilities include tracking budgets and project timelines, reviewing floor plans and technical drawings, forecasting fixture quantities, and ensuring quality and compatibility through physical prototype reviews.
The position also creates training materials, cost estimates, and presentation packets while collaborating closely with suppliers, project managers, construction teams, and store teams.
Qualified candidates bring 1–3 years of project management experience, 3–5 years of retail fixtures or construction industry knowledge, and strong skills in manufacturing, purchasing, forecasting, and logistics. Success requires excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. Some local travel is required.
