Job Position Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Evaluate, Estimate and secure restoration projects. Scope water, fire, mold and biohazard projects determining the amount of damage and degree of mitigation needed. Write up proposals, successfully sell the project and obtain customers commitment with signed contract. Ensure all proposals are accurate and detailed while addressing customers needs and concerns. Work with project manager and administration to ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
- Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
- Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
- Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
- Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
- Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
- Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
- Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
Qualifications:
- Experience in water, fire, mold and biohazard mitigation and clean up
- Understanding of estimating and scoping a project.
- Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage assess risk.
- Detailed oriented with strong communication and documentation skills.
- Effectively coordinate with Project manager, production team and administration.
- Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates
This is a remote position.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
