Hybrid administrative support role requiring 3 days remote and 2 days onsite in Framingham and Marlborough, MA. This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension and possible temp-to-perm conversion, supporting a fast-paced corporate environment.
The role provides advanced executive administrative support, including managing multiple executive calendars, coordinating travel and expenses, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records and office systems, supporting payroll/timekeeping, and collaborating across departments. The position also involves handling confidential information, improving administrative processes, and assisting with leadership initiatives, trainings, and team events.
Key Requirements
- 10 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting
- Strong executive calendar management and multitasking abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with Oracle expense systems and Workday
- Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Experience supporting large organizations and senior leadership
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage sensitive information
