JOB DESCRIPTION:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a temporary HR Systems Analyst to provide hands-on support for our Workday environment during a high-volume period. This role will partner closely with the HR Systems team to support Workday configuration, troubleshoot system issues, maintain integrations, and deliver reporting solutions that support HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and maintain Workday business processes, ensuring alignment with HR operational requirements.
- Support Workday Benefits and Leave Administration functionality, including troubleshooting configuration issues and assisting with enhancements.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support inbound and outbound integrations, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data and interface issues.
- Create and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business needs and leadership reporting.
- Perform system testing, validation, and documentation for Workday releases, enhancements, and configuration changes.
- Investigate and resolve Workday production issues related to business processes, reporting, security, and integrations.
- Assist with data audits, data quality initiatives, and ongoing system maintenance activities.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of hands-on Workday HCM administration experience.
- Demonstrated experience configuring and maintaining Workday Business Processes.
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday Benefits and Leave modules.
- Experience supporting Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio preferred).
- Advanced Workday reporting experience, including calculated fields, matrix reports, dashboards, and composite reports.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $50 - $65
