This role is for a Gene Therapy Scientist/Research Associate with 3 years of lab experience in biology or a related field. They should be comfortable designing and executing experiments independently, developing functional assays, processing tissue samples, and analyzing molecular data. Strong problem-solving, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. Experience with automation/liquid handling, primer design/sequencing, and animal tissue processing is a plus.
