We're partnering with AM20 law firm on an exciting temporary opportunity for an experienced HR Shared Services Specialist with strong Workday expertise.
Location: Los Angeles, CA – Hybrid (4 days/week in office)
Duration: 9–12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve employee data-related cases in Workday
Process HR transactions including hires, transfers, terminations, and personnel changes
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Support HR operations across multiple office locations
Assist with reporting, audits, and HR administrative processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday experience
Strong HR data management and transaction processing experience
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or HRIS environments preferred
