Work Arrangement: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
We are looking for a skilled HR Systems Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis for a 4-month project. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our HR systems during a period of increased activity. This role involves collaborating with the HR Systems team to manage and optimize our HR technology platform, focusing on configuration, troubleshooting, system integrations, and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, test, and maintain business processes to ensure they meet HR operational needs.
- Provide support for Benefits and Leave Administration, troubleshooting any configuration issues and assisting with system enhancements.
- Monitor and manage data integrations, working with stakeholders to resolve any interface or data-related issues.
- Create and maintain complex reports and dashboards to meet business and leadership reporting requirements.
- Conduct system testing and validation for software releases, enhancements, and configuration updates.
- Investigate and resolve production issues related to business processes, reporting, security, and integrations.
- Support data audits, quality initiatives, and system maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR system administration.
- Proven experience in configuring and maintaining HR business processes.
- Strong knowledge of Benefits and Leave management modules.
- Experience with system integrations, particularly EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio.
- Advanced skills in creating and managing reports, including calculated fields and composite reports.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
