Title: Clinical Supply Documentation Specialist
Duration: 4 months of Contract (Possible Extension)
Location: Basking ridge, NJ
Shift: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite)
Job Duties:
Review, organize, and classify electronic documents and records within the SharePoint environment according to established file management standards.
Analyze document content and metadata to determine appropriate categorization and retention requirements.
Upload, migrate, and maintain files within the designated SharePoint folder structure, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Verify that all documents are stored in the correct locations and comply with organizational naming conventions and filing procedures.
Identify and resolve misfiled, duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records within SharePoint.
Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to understand document classification requirements and ensure proper record placement.
Provide recommendations for improving SharePoint document organization, usability, and search functionality.
Monitor and report on project progress, including file inventory, classification status, and completion metrics.
Skills:
Pharmaceutical background, SOP and GMP knowledge.
Strong computer skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Results driven; strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen
Experience in collaborating with others to bring tasks/projects to completion
Highly proficient in recognizing needs, prioritizing work, multi-tasking and working in fast‑paced environment
1-3 years of experience
SharePoint experience uploading and managing files
Soft-skill requirements: Someone with who is a team-player; positive and can-do attitude; willing to solve problems and strong critical thinking skills. Must be able to learn and adapt to situations.
