Position Summary
The CSPV Project Manager IV will lead and execute key cross-functional initiatives within Clinical Safety and Pharmacovigilance (CSPV). This role partners closely with CSPV leadership, the Management Office, and Business Excellence teams to drive project execution, implement PMO frameworks, and support global CSPV operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver CSPV initiatives from planning through execution
- Align stakeholders on project objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects achieve intended outcomes
Governance, Reporting & Communication
- Generate and present project status reports to leadership
- Develop, execute, and track communication plans for key stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate global, cross-functional discussions to drive alignment and decisions
Business Excellence & PMO Support
- Support the Management Office and Business Excellence leadership in implementing and maturing PMO structures within CSPV
- Collaborate with CSPV leadership to advance Business Excellence initiatives supporting global CSPV operations

Required Experience
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in Pharmacovigilance or Clinical Development within the pharmaceutical industry

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in science, management, or a related field
Certifications
- PMP certification preferred, but not required.
