Financial Administrator role supporting an Invoicing / Revenue team through year-end, requiring on-site presence 4 days per week. The position is suited for a recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years) with at least 1 year of invoicing or billing experience, preferably within financial services.
The role focuses on calculating, reviewing, and preparing management fee and performance/variable fee invoices, responding to revenue-related inquiries, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external clients. Responsibilities also include account setup review on revenue platforms, audit support, system enhancement testing, process documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
Strong Excel skills, mathematical ability, attention to detail, and an interest in financial markets are essential. Experience with RevPort is a plus but not required. Candidates must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
Salary : $30 - $38
